It's not a secret that the app "Bingo Blitz" (BB) gives their customers terrible service during the process of purchasing credits and coins. We purchase coins and credits from you and many, many, many times they are not delivered. Please take the time to research this. The Buffalo Studios Support are no help at all.f

There should be a way for Amazon to punish or penalize them for not delivering the digital products we purchased from you.
You have a reputation for excellence. And they are damaging that reputation.

Please try to come up with a solution to the delivery problem. Your assistance in this matter would be deeply appreciated.

You wold be better off sending this complaint to the developers of the game. No one here can do anything.

Bad app. Bad bad. How can you have any pudding if you haven't eaten your dinner?

you might try telling Amazon that and not a forum of kindle users - they're not really in the habit of perusing these forums that often (otherwise they'd be a lot quicker in removing posts with personal information), but you can email them at:

If Amozon punished app developers for bugs in their apps they would probably stop developing apps for the Fire. Complain to the developer, and hopefully they fix the issue you are having.

Many, many? Why would you continue, then? Delete the app. Do something else.
