You can't. Download an epub reader app for your phone. I like Bluefire and Aldiko.

How to I let another person rfead a book I bought? I am using drop box

If you bought the book from Amazon, you probably can't. It might be lendable, via the Manage Your Kindle page.

Danny, this is completely wrong.

You need to install an Android epub reader like Aldiko or Coolreader for your device.

E=Ink Kindles can't read epub files.

Donna, you should read the FAQ on Kindle lending:

http://www.amazon.com/kindle-lending

Thank you for this advice BUT, this is a book I BOUGHT. It is mine, not the publisher's, AMazon's or Kindles. Anybody have a response to this?

@Donna: If the book was purchased from Amazon, you bought a licence to read the book, and the rules for lending the book are on https://www.amazon.com/kindle-lending. If the book was purchased from somewhere else, then the ruels might be different.

Well, actually, no. You bought a license to read the book on a limited number of Kindles. That license includes the right to lend a book one time, to one reader, for a limited period of time, if the publisher allows the book to be lent.
That's all you bought.

King Al says:
No, it is NOT yours. You merely own a non-transferable license to read the book.
