Good grief. Do you want 8 zillion spam emails? Edit that out right now. This is a public forum.

this is a public forum, not customer service, so you should delete your email from your post, unless you enjoy getting bogged down with spam.

to contact customer service click on the blue Help at the top of the page, click on the yellow/orange "contact us" button, then fill out the questions. if you choose the phone or chat option you will get instant and better one-on-one troubleshooting.

from any amazon page you can go to Manage My Content and Devices. go there and check if the kindle fire HD is registered to your account.

There are some occasions where I sort of wish there was the ability to send private messages to other posters' profiles. When people aren't even TRACKING the thread...ughn.

hopefully the OP will check in periodically for replies instead of sitting at his computer and getting p.oed because customer service isn't answering him back.

And who did you ask for help from? Did you click the Help Link found on every single Amazon Page? If not, why?
