A couple of days ago I began the thread "Top 10 Favorites by any Singer/Group or in a particular Genre", and in my original post I also suggested including songs written by any particular songwriter. I've greatly enjoyed reading the quite varied responses in that thread, and the variety has made it all the more interesting to me.

Many years ago I received a book called "The Book Of Rock Lists", which was one of the best gifts that I've ever received because besides being very much into music, and especially rock, I love to follow the Billboard charts and make lists of my own. I know many other people also enjoy compiling lists, so I decided to start this thread to expand on the previous one. This thread is for anyone to post ANY music related top 10 lists of their liking - it's all up to you.

Have fun...

Speaking of fun (in my OP), here are 10 "Fun" songs:
"Fun It" - Queen
"Fun, Fun, Fun" - The Beach Boys
"You Make Loving Fun" - Fleetwood Mac
"Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" - Cyndi Lauper
"I Wanna Have Some Fun" - Samantha Fox
"Everybody Have Fun Tonight" - Wang Chung
"Hot Fun In The Summertime" - Sly And The Family Stone
"Fun And Games" - Chuck Mangione
"The Fun Lovin' Criminal" - Fun Lovin' Criminals
"F.U.N. Song" - Spongebob and Plankton

What wasn't fun? When I wrote the title for this thread it was "Music Free-For-All: Top 10 ANYTHING", but when the post went through I received a message indicating that it exceeded the limit for capitalized characters, so everything was posted in lower case.

I edited this post on April 25 after realizing that I hadn't included Fleetwood Mac's "You Make Loving Fun".

I just went back to the original "top tens" thread from last week and pasted my original list to this one (if this is meant to be the better and more permanent home for it)...

(From the original thread):
Being a charts lover to begin with, I'll do my best to REALLY play along and offer multiple top tens of my personal favorite artists/themes etc. My apologies if this is going a bit overboard. Just trying to give money's worth. I know most would not agree with these (or perhaps even like the songs or artists to begin with). Such is the beauty of personal taste!

The Ten Albums I'd Say I've Played The Most Times:
1. Rocks - Aerosmith
2. Purple Rain - Prince
