What time zone? 12 AM or PM?

12:12:12 means PM, right? Wouldn't 0:12:12 be 12 min 12 sec after midnight?

Well, not everyone is familiar with the military system of using a 24-hour clock.

So, what timezone then? Clearly it skipped Moscow's timezone, since 12:12:12 was about 10 hours ago. I see it's coming up on Mountain Standard Time...I'll have to IM the wife and see if Jesus is there.

Fun fact: This is the last we'll ever see repeating numbers. We'll be long dead for the next ones.

Brian Curtis says:
12:12:12 on 12/12 isn't even a coincidence, let alone an 'earthshaking event.' It's an entirely predictable time marker, just like 5:55 PM on 05/05/05 was.

The need to see magical significance in ordinary events is common to people whose own lives are vanishingly insignificant.

So, Brad, are you still with us, or have you been raptured?

I'm on earth. Far from home at the moment, but more than halfway to going back. Too bad I'll miss Christmas with the wife.

You're welcome. Glad to see you weren't raptured away. I guess there's always Dec 21.
