Tomcat says:
Hey, another Allman Bros. fan. Love EAP.
As "Rock" I would add these to some of the others mentioned:
Pearl Jam Ten
U2 Achtung Baby
The Who Who's Next
Neil Young Live Rust
and others

As for albums that are not "Rock":
Stevie Wonder Songs in the Key of Life is the best of all time in my opinion. (Would recommend to many that they "revisit" it.) Musically, lyrically, etc. nothing comes close.

In reply to an earlier post on Jan 31, 2008, 5:00:05 PM PST
Tomcat, if Stevie Wonder's Songs in the Key of Life is not rock, there is no such thing as rock n roll.

I give a listen to it often and on another thread here yesterday proclaimed that if I had to choose one album to listen to for eternity that would be it.

LOL @ Two Tub Man's 5A-5F.
