D. Poe - I actually saw "Tubular Bells" listed as one of the songs on one of those relaxing New Age instrumental albums. Like anyone's gonna find the theme song from The Exorcist soothing...

Hipgnosis says:
Ramona: The song Tubular Bells was not actually composed for The Exorcist. The album "Tubular Bells" by Mike Oldfield was released a few months before the film and Director William Friedkin heard the title track and decided to use an excerpt as the movie's theme. Later however, upon hearing Tangerine Dream, Director Friedkin would say that had he heard TD first, he would have asked them to compose the soundtrack for The Exorcist instead. Subsequently TD did create the soundtrack to Friedkin's next movie Sorcerer.

Hipgnosis says:
Walking After Midnight - Patsy Cline
I don't think most people realize what this song is about. Although the lyrics are a little vague, apparently the singer of the song goes out walking for miles and miles after midnight (the witching hour) searching for the ghost of a loved one, a lover perhaps?
Even eerier, the singer might be the ghost searching for a living person...or could both of them be ghosts hoping to find one another??
