I just read Eye of the Tiger which seems like it would be a typical Palmer - older jaded hero, young virginal heroine who's used by said hero - but then isn't. The hero spends the entire book trying to get back into the good graces of the heroine, all without constantly belittling or yelling at her. And the heroine? She pwns the hero left, right and sideways. Are there any more Palmer books like this? Pllleeaaassseeee tell me this wasn't just a one-off for her and that there are some more in her catalog!

Sorry, not as far as I know and I have read a lot of her books. Would like to see more though - I loved this book!

Sigh...thanks anyway. I was hoping there was at least one more Palmer heroine like that one but oh well.

In True Colors the pregnant h is run out of town by the H's mother (kind of with the H's approval), but marries rich and comes back years later to spit in the H's eye and take his company away.
