Looking for social inept heroines

Any recs for socially awkward heroines? A good example is Project Daddy (Zebra Debut) where the heroine didn't understand that her interactions with men were being miscontrued as flirty or suggestion, which made the hero jealous. However I never felts that the h was TSTL. I found her quirky.
Historical and contemporary welcome. Not so much a fan of paranormal though. Extra points for a jealous hero. Thanks!

A lot of Amanda Quick's books, especially her one name titles like Ravished and such have socially inept quirky h's.

The Rake to Ruin Her (Ransleigh Rogues), I just read this one and loved it. She trains horses and needs to be ruined so she can continue training. It really is a good book. I second Amanda Quick. Love those quirky females.

Treasure Me (The Legend Hunters) - Victorian h. No social skills, the despair of her mom and sister. Just wants to be a scientist (naturalist). Ends up accidentally handfasted to our H.

I didn't really care for the whole series, but this entry is very good and stands well on its own.
