Gary S. Hurd says:
If you have a medical problem, you need to see a physician.

Internet chat is not a safe way to receive medical advice.

Lessfatman says:
Juweena, as "inflammation of bones" is not a diagnosis but rather just another way of saying that there is some pain and possible swelling somewhere in bones, joints, tendons or thereabouts, you can understand that there is no single answer to your question.

There are multiple factors that can trigger inflammatory states. The 'cure' (if there is one) depends on what is causing the inflammation.
That's why Gary said that better go see a doctor.

You might get more responses on the Health Forum -- good luck.

Juweena Appanah,

Without a physical examination, medical history, and reasonable needed laboratory tests there is nobody that can know what "bone inflamation" might be, or what to do to help.

Anyone that offered any other advice on the internet, or treatment suggestion is an idiot, or a liar.
