Dave G says:
Are the planes of existence mental? Jesus said God is of the living. Heaven is with in. If God is omni present then Heaven is now.
The only thing stopping you from being there is your own thoughts. When you understand the importance of I AM you will understand Jesus and what he taught. You will know the truth of God, Universal Intelligence, Your Creator.

Astrocat says:
The planes of existence are physical, dense and etheric, emotional, mental (as far as the unevolved human being is concerned). Then we move on to the Buddhic, the Atmic, the Monadic and the Logoic. The Divine Life permeates and interpenetrates them all, and these are merely the seven subplanes of the lowest of seven spiritual planes, the Cosmic Physical.
And Dave is right, imo, that we create our reality through our thoughts. We create the thought forms and then we live in them. When we can break through the lower, denser forms, and create new ones, lighter and more compatible with the One, then we are much closer to enlightenment, but more importantly, we are able to serve humanity and the planet much more effectively.
