For collegiate text books, I'm finding difficult if not impossible to get information on whether or not these text books (new) come with the SAM 2010 Access Codes for online courses. Anyone else know what I'm talking about?

Well I purchased the SAM2010 Assessment, Training and Projects with MindTap Reader for Microsoft Office 2010 from this website. While it did come with the access code, I DO NOT have the ebook, or any clue how I can even get HELP to get the ebook! For the price that this is, some help should be provided. I'm trying to find out how I can access my ebook for class.

Usually you can find access codes to online content at the publisher's or the book's website. Google the book's title and add "access code." You should find it.

does anyone know if the code has to physically be shipped to you or does it get sent to you by email?(or can it be sent by email?)

The CengageBrain website is the store for SAM2010 products, and can sell you an access code, as well as having FAQs to help you figure out the right code for you. Be very sure which one you need; not all codes are created equal, so find out what you'll need access to. It has been my experience that if you had a code previously, your info will still be valid and you will not need a new code (I took an intro course using SAM, and am currently using my login from that course to take two other courses).
