@CJ

When I clicked the link you provided, it took me to the reviewing page for the product. Fill it in, click 'Preview Your Review' at the bottom, and there's your review. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest you contact Customer Service, as you've reached the end of my knowledge of the system.

And, yes, it is sad when a new member joins a group that their review is seen with suspicion. It's just that there are too many no-name self-published authors trying to game the system, and it breeds cynicism when someone recommends a very new book from an unknown author.

Apologies if we've upset you. Please continue browsing and participating in discussions - there are some really interesting people here. Unfortunately, there are also some trolls.

I so agree....a real page turner in every book. When I think I know what's going to happen, it takes a left turn...love his books.

Lee Child, the Reacher series will totally have you on the edge of your seat. A real page turner. When you think you know, you don't, takes a left turn. I wish there were more of them out there.

Thanks, Amazon for letting me know a new James Lee Burke novel is coming out(Dave Robicheaux) mystery, one of the joys of my life is starting a new mystery novel and hoping it doesn't end too soon. If you enjoy Nordic mysteries Karin Fossum, has a wonderful series of books. S. J. Bolton's books are great too....

Lee Child's Reacher series, in order as someone said, are so good I envy you getting to read them for the first time...Also Linwood Barclay and Harlan Coben and Lisa Unger write some spot-on family thrillers. Ordinary lives in peril.

As said in the other thread where you posted your self promotion:

The following information is directed at authors or fans who mistakenly find their way to this forum in order to promote a certain book before finding out the rules.

So here are the rules according to AMAZON:

Self promotion is not permitted by Amazon, except in the Meet Our Authors forum.

A) Read the posting policy of what is and is not allowed
http://www.amazon.com/gp/forum/content/db-guidelines.html/ref=cm_cd_f_h_help

B) Read Amazon's post (that appeared on all forums earlier this year) that specifically says they are cracking down on shameless self promotions

C) Visit the Meet Our Authors forum to self promote or learn about other authors books.

Harlan Coben. Start with his early books. After 2009 the quality declined significantly.

DC says:
I agree. I stopped reading him long ago. I'll try again after I start to hear good things. Another one who was lots a fun was Randy Wayne Wright. The Early doc ford novels only. I first read him while vacationing in Sanibel FL. He was a local author, couldn't find him anywhere else. Now he's everywhere but the stories got too deep.
