Is Black Ops 2 good? I went the Warfighter route, and I generally don't play more than one of those treadmill shooters at a time so I didn't get BlOPS2. I mean, I'm definitely not paying $60 for any of the single-player campaigns.

A customer says:
FYI, you get 1 permanent unlock on each prestige.

A customer says:
Warfighter for MP standards is nothing but downhill rubbish. I got it, played it for a couple days and just couldn't bare it anymore.

But if you are talking SP, I have no clue.

Beau says:
It was okay...but the CoD formula is getting tired. I wrote a review of BLOPS 2, it's in my profile if you're interested.

For the record, I played both and I actually enjoyed Warfighter more...even though it, too, wasn't that great.

A customer says:
"For newcomers, this is a five-star game; for COD veterans, this is a three-star game, or less. For me, this is about a two-star game."

You're first sentence is hilarious. I couldn't disagree more with you, and I am a COD veteran since COD1/UO on PC. I laugh when people call themselves "veterans" when they are talking since COD4.

Like I have said before, this is the best COD since COD4; and arguably better than it.

Beau says:
I've played every Call of Duty title since CoD 1 and United Offensive as well. I think that qualifies me as a "veteran."

You should really read the rest of the review before you decide if you disagree with it.

I think it depends on your play style. I did fairly well on MW3 (best streak is 61 kills using MK14 and Specialist) and I'm doing fairly well in Warfighter, so I like it well enough. No doubt it has issues, though.

A customer says:
I am not saying you didn't play the others, I was saying in general. I should have clarified that.

A customer says:
MW3 was utter garbage.
Black Ops 1 was okay..

Warfighter is okay, but there was/is way too many things that drove me crazy.

Beau says:
No problem :-)

I would agree I played COD4 and MW2 and those were the last two becasue everything in between did not peak my interest. I have enjoyed COD BO2 a lot. I am not sure when they started limiting you by things you can have on your player between perks, attachements etc but its the best thing to happen to limit players from having the best of everything. I think its cool you get a permanent unlock and i refunded my tokens so i would not buy things i did not like the first time.

The best CoD game, in my opinion, is Call of Duty 2 on the PC. United Offensive is a close second.

COD2 was amazing on PC. That was the first look EVER on the IW engine they use now. Changed the MP FPS WW2 game scene tenfold on PC.

COD1/UO was like the old school Battlefield 3 on PC. Lol, big maps, vehicles, etc. Played many many hours.

Just an FYI if you are looking to rank up faster, playing kill confirmed nets you double the points that regular TDM does.

A customer says:
True, but playing Capture the flag and actually playing it will get you the best EXP.

Plus Kill confirmed has infinite no timed respawns.

In reply to an earlier post on Dec 14, 2012, 6:40:19 AM PST
I played MW3 on dedicated servers, so that probably helped my experience with it quite a bit.

Yah both those games are a ton of XP just started getting into those game modes. I have not enjoyed hard point, have not played S & D or HQ

I was more into the SP campaigns, I never really played the MP. I bet it was fun though.
