Dat feel when you finish a terrible game just because....

Did you only finish it once? Because you need to finish it multiple times to get the entire story.

J. Pardee says:
Yes, 4 times to be exact. The first ending is good but the additional endings are where the story gets even better.

That is a horrible way to force replay value. "here play this terrible game 4 times!"

It is, I rapidly lost interest after the first. I didn't feel the added dialogue and scenes added too much and I still didn't care about the enemies despite added information.

Nier is still my top favorite game this generation so it's the farthest thing from a terrible game. It's extremely easy to get the other endings as well when you can speed run the game.

Even if I love a game, playing it 4 times, unless it's something quick like Star Fox 64, is just painful... Specially if barely anything changes. (Diablo 3 being an exception as well, though for different reasons)

StriderNeo15 says:
You only play the second half of the game over, and you can get through it in 3-4 hours, and the cinemas and dialogue change with additional playthroughs.

You really should be so quick to dismiss and attack things you really don't know about, you have enough games to hate on that you've played.

J. Pardee says:
Exactly. The only time you should really pay attention to everything is the second time you play through since the dialogue changes when deepens the story. The third and fourth time through can just been done in a speed run though. If you skip all dialogue until the ending it can actually be done in closer to 2-3 hours if you know what you are doing.

Still doesn't sound like a good way to force replay value. And I'm allowed to hate as many games as I want. Deal with it.

Though I think BOF:Dragon Quarter was worse. In order to get the "full story" you had to die and start all over multiple times.

To the confused people, mein feels=I'm sad on internet.

And yes I've only done the first ending so far.
