Playing on normal difficulty and I have to replay missions 5-6 times each. Dumb.

the whole campaign is awful..... inb4JJ. the only redeeming part of the campaign were the missions you played as the russians

Pick 34 says:
Yeah, it was bad, so is the mp. Bad company 2 is way better on both fronts, IMO.

I don't think it had any redeeming qualities, personally. It just...sucked.

Though it honestly wasn't hard...just had a bunch of cheap shots and some real what the...? moments...like this

I honestly never had any cheap moments like that or comparable to that.

How disappointing that the on-rails jet mission totally blew. Medal of Honor SP sucked too but at least it had a cool chopper mission.

Pick 34 says:
Nope, bf3 is probably my most disappointing game this gen.

Y do u have to play the missions 5-6 times?

bf3 campaign wasn't horrible but it wasn't anything close to great...playing through bad company 2 campaign right now and it's alot better but it's way too easy...playing on hard and I'm two levels from the end and haven't came to any spots that have given me trouble...

I was so disappointed with that mission...and it was the hardest achievement to get...having to start from the beginning of the cinematics

I got it cheap at BB 19.99 played the SP for some trophies and a little of the MP but BF is not my kind of multi more so now with the rent a server stuff dont have the time anymore to learn all the in and outs of matchmaking along with the gameplay which I was already late to the party on. Sold it to Amazon for like $22 so no big deal.

Oh yea and the on rails flying mission was beyond terrible, other than that that the campaign was fine. Def didnt try and beat it on hard though, prob would have been pulling out my hair.

BF3 Single player fell short of it's potential, but even on hard the difficulty was easy.

Bluesky says:
Agree completely. Bad Company 2 is way more fun and balanced, Battlefield 3 MP is a mess with the rented servers.

PacinoBully says:
In some of the wide open fire fights there isn't a clear understanding of where they expect me to go to advance. If you ran accross the battlefield you get killed in 3 seconds. Its trial and error. When the error happens, it seems to throw you back 5-10 minute in the game which is just annoying. Just all around frustrating.

Even the jet and tank missions are annoying. Well, the jet mission was more boring. The tank mission though, those guys had the best aim in the game. I had to fight from miles away, behind a hill for protection. NOT FUN!!!

Played a little online though yesterday after I got over SP. It was ok. I should have just sold my online pass through eBay. Glad I got this for only $10 from BB a few weeks ago.

yea it sucks....played it on normal and kept dying in the first mission...never been back since...now multiplayer i've got just about 500 hrs

In reply to an earlier post on May 29, 2012, 11:04:17 AM PDT
I've noticed that both bfbc2, moh, and bf3 were extremely easy for me on hard...it took me maybe 7.5 hours yesterday to beat bfbc2 on hard...

Well for all you bf3 haters and bfbc2 lovers add me...i have it for both PS and 360...names the same on both..

Totally boring, and I actually like the CoD campaigns, this one is just dumb. Not hard though, I'm playing it on normal and I'm of average skill and it's been a cakewalk.

BF3 Campaign was only good for me to poop on. BFBC2's campaign was much better. I didn't even finish it since I lost interest mid-way.

The BF3 coop also was lackluster. I wasn't too crazy about it. I like BFBC2 onslaught mode much better. Not even close.

In before JJ, I never played BF3's SP because I knew it was going to be a joke. Now Bad Company 2's SP was awesome. But not the best.
