First one I ordered was filthy & obviously old, used. I was afraid to even try it with such high amperage at stake & they sent another which was cleaner, but still seems a bit makeshift - as if put together in a guy's garage. HOWEVER, it works fine, which is all I care. I believe this is the only one that converts like this, so it's pretty much a no brainer. Either convert your dryer/appliance cord, or use this converter.
