Can you use 3d glasses from the movie Theather with this panasonic 3d tv? say the glasses arent battery powered??

You can definitely use the movie theatre glasses! I got a couple pairs of awesome green ones from seeing Paranorman and they work a treat!

Yes. We have been able to use the Real D 3D glasses and they work fine. They are not battery powered.

I tried them but they didn't work. you need the original glasses that come with it.

The ones that come with the TV look like the plastic ones like you'd get from the theater.

no battery -- I used polarized glasses during Olympics. I don't know if there's any 3D programming since then.

I don't believe that you can use the 3d glasses from the movie theaters because they are not matched with the tv technical specs. They are not battery powered. We have not used them yet becuase we have not yet gotten a 3d capable blue ray player, and we have not watched any 3d movies on any tv programs.

The glasses that I bought are passive, but I bought the ones that were made for the set.
