This version doesn't have the tunnels and stations, which makes the game simpler. I like both versions.

Yes! It's a great two player game! There are only two of us in the house, so I always try to find good two player games, and this one is perfect. It is different every time, so the re-playability factor is very good. Also, with two players, the game moves quite quickly and stays interesting. I would highly recommend it!

Our kids (4 1/2yr old twins) play along with an adult and enjoy putting the trains on the board. And sorting the train cards by color. But they are too young to play by themselves. But it is a great game tho!
