To tell if a pot or pan is compatible with your induction stove, hold a magnet to the bottom. If the magnet clings to the underside, the cookware will work on an induction cooktop. If the magnet grabs the pan softly, you may not have good success with it on your cooktop.

I do not use mehic eraser as it is very easy to clean.! Normally the food doesn't stick if you use a bit of oil or butter.! But in case, if food get stuck soak the pan in warm water for 10 minutes and it will come off quickly. I would not use any type of magic eraser as it may ruin the cooking surface, which is made of hard anodized coat which is much better than Teflon coating.!
