It is very easy to use and was easy on my wallet. I use the 2 Tbs filter and tamp the ground espresso with a solid and weighty Espresso Tamper - 50/55 mm. The tamper weight does all the work of packing the grounds correctly in the filter. The espresso shots I make have looked and tasted wonderful. The problem might be as simple as 1. Thoroughly cleaning and descaling the espresso machine. 2. You might need to buy a new filter. 3.
