Check their website. It depends on which line of the pans you’re looking at. This is a hard anodized aluminum, and like most other hard anodized aluminum brands/products, I believe it does use some PTFE in the anodizing process. This is a hard anodized aluminum, and like most other hard anodized aluminum brands/products, I believe it does use some PTFE in the anodizing process. However, it does not scratch off or flake like the old full Teflon. The Calphalon ceramic coated pans do not use PTFE. Please Google and make your decision based on the pros and cons. I feel very comfortable that it is not leaching into my food as long as I maintain it correctly, e.g. don’t scratch up the finish.
