I do not see any label that states its Certified Gluten Free... It states Certified Organic, Verified NON GMO, It's a product of Bolivia. It doesn't state anything about where it's packed other than"Is sustainably grown and sourced directly from farmers in accordance with fair trade practices" I think you should conta… see more I do not see any label that states its Certified Gluten Free... Prop 65 is an initiative whose goal is to protect drinking water sources in California from toxic substances that may cause illness, while also eliminating exposure to these substances in general. The safety limits set by Prop 65 are not realistic for most food products, as these standards were never meant to be applied to food.

High-quality foods grown all over the world are grown in extremely fertile soil, essential for their growth and nutrient density. This means there are heavy, naturally occuring earth-based metals (minerals) found within them. This is a completely natural biological phenomenon.

In California, anyone who sells products containing any of the 900 substances listed under Prop 65 is required by law to place a Prop 65 warning on their packaging, or anywhere else their product is sold (like on our Amazon pages). However, heavy metal limits on our Quinoa are well below USP safety standards, and always third-party tested to confirm this.
