Hi. I follow an oil-free diet which is why I bought this set. Muffins pop right out, cakes do not stick and the baking pans turn out wonderful pan-roasted veggies. All without added oil. Hope this helps.

They are dishwasher safe, but I prefer hand washing. They are very easy to clean.
