It's not a switch. It's a data terminal. It sends data encoded on a card to a "computer" that then decides what to do with it.

our wiegand 26 reader can't be compatible with some encrypted cards. need tell us if keri systems k type cards are encrypted cards? thanks.

sorry, it only support 12VDC input. it can't work alone, need work with access controller.

Yes it absolutely is compatible. Don't forget that you also need a controller.
