Since the June is a counter top oven all the same rules for a full size oven apply. If your stock is in an oven safe dish you should be able to heat it on a low temperature until it thaws but it would probably make more sense to do this on a stovetop.

If you clean after every use with warm soapy water and a soft sponge, June stays prey clean. But it's an oven. You will get build up from grease spatter as you do in a conventional or toaster oven. Important thing is to keep the camera lens clean.

The Height is 12.8", depth is 19" and Width is 19.6". Depends on how big the dutch oven is.. but it's fairly large. Love the oven.. I"m sure you'll be impressed!
