It’s isnt as large as you think however it does fit a surprising amount of your everydays stuff, the side pockets are deep and roomy( perfect for an umbrella and water bottle or baby bottle. Now I am I larger man, XL shirts and and large pants, fitting all of my sized clothes for the week just about fills up the bag.
7 undies
7 socks
7 shirts (t and collared)
7 shorts or pants ( since dimen is thicker you probably won’t be able to fit as many)
toiletry bag
Phone and computer ( respective chargers)
I also was state when packing clothes, instead of folding them, opt for rolling them( think a T-shirt in the shape of a burrito) espically for larger people it really helps with the spacing.

So sadly the bag does fold in at the top so there will be some compression of items if your bag is filled. For the length of the straps I think the body of th bag should be taller and maybe a little weird see but then again I don’t think it was necessarily made with American bodies in mind see less So I think this is a tricky question.
