ADA service dog doesn't work with a doctor's order. The dog has to be trained as a service animal and not treated as a pet. If your dog has been serving you for "A Disability " this is appropriate, but if you have a dog as "An Emotional Support " you need to get a tag that states that. There are people who are using these and abusing the ADA law which is a crime in it self. Please read the laws from ADA about Service Dogs and do not fall for the other "websites that state they can register your dog " this is a false document to anyone trying to get a service dog. The cost to train is expensive.

Yes, the same information is on both sides. I love that because it flips around on my dog's collar when he's walking or running, so the same information is always visible. This us an awesome product!!

I think it would be fine for a bigger dog. It’s about the size of a quarter, very easy to read and the lobster claw type latch is sturdy and so convenient.
