The transition to a recyclable cardboard package is complete. The product is now plastic free.

I lived in Samoa for 33 years. If they are the least bit water soluble, they will melt together in the tropics. Packaging in plastic won’t help.
You might want to try soap nuts...they are what I used down there.

Should work. I bought it for use on a cruise. The smell is quite strong, though. I put a small amount in a ziploc bag, then wrapped in foil, and that contained the strong fragrance.
