Tracey Cox is one of the world’s most famous sex experts and writers on sex and relationships.

She has been writing, researching and talking about sex for thirty years and has toured the world as an international sex, body language and relationship expert.

Born in the UK, Tracey spent many years in Australia, where she was Associate Editor of Cosmopolitan magazine and had a weekly national radio show.

She moved to London to host her first television series and made numerous programs both in the UK and the US about sex and relationships, including the popular prime-time series Would Like to Meet (BBC and Discovery) and The Sex Inspectors (CH4 and HBO).

She has an academic background in psychology and has counselled via the media for decades.

Tracey has written 17 books, many of which are bestsellers worldwide, including her first book Hot Sex: How to Do It – available in 140 countries and translated into over 20 languages – and still going strong 20 years later. Her latest book, published early 2020, is Great Sex Starts at 50.

She has appeared on Oprah, CNN and The Today Show in the US, as well as many prime-time chat shows world-wide.

Tracey has a weekly column with the MailOnline, the world’s largest English speaking news website and a weekly radio show, The Tracey Cox Show on Jack Radio (currently off air for COVID reasons but back soon).

One of the things that both men and women know is that we communicate very differently verbally. Body language is a LOT harder to fake, and this book is a great starting point on how to read those signals. This covers a lot of material, from how to tell if she is interested in you (or that other guy), deciphering mixed signals, and tips to tell if they're lying to you. All very useful material.
As a man, I've found this informative and the way it is presented it is easy to put this knowledge into practical usage. I suspect it would be equally useful to women. And both men and women who may be sending negative body language unintentionally may have seriously life-improving revelations from this book.

i can't believe i got this amazing book for only 5 bucks. seriously. its so great! everything about flirting, body language and alot more! the humorous personal anecdotes in the begining of each chapter also make it quite entertaining to read! It looks like its aimed toward women, but it has stuff for both men and women, and alot of it is useful to both genders

This book is funny, colorful, and warm, and will put a smile on your face. The flirting techniques are basic, but for those who are just starting out, it does cover the fundamentals.

I do want to point out, though, that it's what I would call Anglo-centric. It covers the courtship style expected in the white Anglo-Saxon culture; other cultures are quite different, so this is something to keep in mind.

It's too bad that this book is out of print. Years ago I happened upon it in a bookstore and was taken by its straightforward style and helpful illustrations. This book stands out among a crowded market of body language books in that a) it's accurate and b) the writing makes the information accessible.

I have always been fascinated by body language and the signals it sends out. This book covers all the bases and clues to look out for when out and about.

As someone who is not naturally confident it gives anyone the foundations in which to initially fake that confidence and in turn receive positive feedback from it, therefore the confidence becomes a reality.

It is well written, engaging and humorous at times, with lots of photos to refer to body language to look out for. It does throw a lot of information at you, but take one or two aspects at a time and nail them, the rest will fall in line after.

I had to clean off the cover! The paper towel that I used to clean it was black and yellow in colour - it was gross! It reeked and I had a headache and asthma for the remainder of the day. I was very unhappy with my purchase!!! I complained and only got a small portion of the cost refunded! I'm very disappointed!
