I've been using B5 supplementation for about ten years now to keep acne at bay (I'm 33).

I take 10 grams daily (so that's 20 pills a day - quite a few; I take 10 in the morning, 10 in the afternoon). However I can tell you this does keep acne off your face. At most, I get one or two little dots every few months. It is nothing like when I'm not taking these. Constant cystic acne and tons of small pimples. These pills have been incredible for me.

They also keep your face MUCH less oily. That's what the B5 is really doing; decreasing the amount of sebum produced. But this only seems to occur in megadoses (10g+).

I'm certainly not a doctor so don't go pretending like this is medical advice. Just my anecdotal 2 cents!

I have been taking the pantothenic acid for years for my skin. I've have maybe 1 breakout a year of acne. But breakout, I mean only 1 pimple power year. Pretty Damn good. I've also noticed that I have to trim my nails almost weekly, as they grow rapidly using this product.
