What is Amazon Dash Replenishment?
Amazon Dash Replenishment enables your connected devices to automatically reorder every day products from Amazon.

How does it work?
Amazon Dash Replenishment checks product levels in your connected devices (think printer toner or laundry soap), and automatically reorders more—before you even know you’re running low. You get the same low prices, great selection, and convenient delivery found on Amazon.com.

How do I get started with Amazon Dash Replenishment?
During setup of your device or within settings, you will see an option to sign-up for Amazon Dash Replenishment. Simply login with your Amazon account, and select the products that you want to automatically reorder.

What if the price has increased since my last order?
Each order confirmation will contain price (and shipping) information for your review. If the price of your order has increased and you wish to modify or cancel your order, you may do so at any time before it is marked as “Shipping Soon”, either by visiting Your Orders on Amazon.com or the Amazon shopping app.

What happens if the product is out of stock when my device tries to order?
You will receive an email notifying you that the product is out of stock and we will continue to attempt to place this order for you for 72 hours. You will receive an email to confirm whether the order has been successful or not. Note that your device will continue to attempt to place the order while your product levels are low, including outside of this 72-hours window. If you want to change the product assigned to Dash Replenishment, please click here.

How will I know when my device reorders a product?
You will receive an order confirmation to the email address registered to your Amazon account.

Can I cancel a Dash Replenishment order?
Yes, you can cancel orders at any time before they are marked as “Shipping Soon”. Visit Your Orders on Amazon.com or the Amazon shopping app, and your Dash Replenishment orders will appear alongside your other Amazon.com orders.

Can Amazon Dash Replenishment be turned off?
Yes, Dash Replenishment can be turned off at any time by clicking here or through your device’s mobile app or website.
