1.0 out of 5 stars Avoid this headset. Better off using a pair of earbuds, July 17, 2014
I bought this headset at gamestop when they had them on sale for like $10 bux.
The headset is very big with hard plastics. The earpice is also very big and covers your whole ear, which is actually a good thing.. but there is a BIG problem.
The volume on this thing is too low. It could be the PS4 controller output, but at max volume it just sounds too low. When i turn up my tv sound i can barely hear the chat. Its great that the headpiece covers the ear, since it makes a comfy fit, but no good when the volume is so low. Just skip these. You're better off using some cheap skull candy earbuds; or the PS VIta earbuds that have a mic and put one in your ear. Im not too mad about the 10 bux since i was just testing the waters.... but these are definitely not it. Pass on these until something better comes along. Ive been checking and nothing yet. I have some A50s that sound great but alot of times i dont want to wear earphones and want to just chat with my buddies and use my surround sound system. Why cany anyonejust make a decent headset like the old xbox plantronics headset. Not asking for much. just a loud earpiece and a boom mic?!!!

These are filters and if you got the right "number" they will do their job. No problems here! Using with a Breville Smart brew machine that has the built in grinder.

5.0 out of 5 stars Pleasantly surprised!, December 19, 2013

I usually only stick to Invisible Shield HD screen protectors. When i got my ipad air i decided to get a cheap protector until the Zaggg site had another sale. I was able to install it really good! just like in the kiosks and the actual protector is close to the hd. it is glossy and doesnt have the sticky feeling like the cheaper Zagg invis. shields!

Just make sure you spray plenty of solution on your hands and on the tablet, then make sure to spray alot unthe the screen protector, align, use the Squeegy to remove the liquid and leave it alone. it took about 3 days for all the buddles to go away. i even had like a hand print under my screen when i installed it originally.... all that stuff went away. its super clear and smooth :)

4.0 out of 5 stars Just received them...., October 26, 2012
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
Havent really had a chance to test, hence the 3 stars... but just to those curious...
Unlike the XP400.... these DO NOT have the BT adaptor for Xbox360 wireless but cost $20 more than the older XP400
I will update as i test them later!**update*so ive used them for about 5 hours...

The sound is very good so far. I do kinda wish it would go a bit louder. its loud enough but could use a bit more.
The reception was outstanding. No static/ popping. the headset never lost audio connection. I had a slight hiccup for like a mili second, but the connection never dropped. Really solid. Big Plus!
The fit is pretty comfy. The headsets are a bit on the big side though. i wish i could make the headband a bit smaller by a notch or two. The leatherette earmuffs when you start to sweat a bit kinda forms a seal around the ear so it helps block out more noise.

I did not get a chance to try the chat, but i connected the wire for a bit. The connection was solid too. I remember the old TB x41 had issues just moving the wires i would get popping noises, but i didnt encounter any so far. The headset is pretty solid. Wish it had the BT dongle included. If they are the same as the xp400, i may just return and get those since the bt alone is an extra $30.

Turtle beach headsets have come along way from those RF ones that were horrible with the popping noises etc....

Overall i like them. They just need a volume boost. I had them at max volume the whole time on my borderlands 2 session. Like i said, loud enough.. but im sure some people would like to be able to set it higher. Id say give them a shot. you may be impressed!

I will give it a 4 star due to the lack of the BT dongle not being included. This should already be standard across the board now. Not like a bt dongle costs much to make.

4.0 out of 5 stars Blue Steel Case Review, August 31, 2010
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I received the Steel Blue Cover (no light). This cover feels very sturdy and the way to attach the case is pretty slick. Once it is in place it is hard for the kindle to fall out, yet it is very simple to remove it. The case is kinda heavy though. With the kindle inside it weighs as much as a small solid paper back, not that i mind much. I was used to carrying the kindle naked so you really notice the weight. Anyways, the case feels very durable and can definitely take a beating. And it will protect your device good if you happen to toss the kindle around. It remains to be seen how durable that elastic band will turn out to be though, but it is a good way to close the book. So far i am pretty impressed by it, but i gave it 4 stars due to the elastic band durability and the price!!! Paid almost $40. All in all, right now there are not many options if you are looking for a solid kindle case. The official case is the only way to go at the moment.

5.0 out of 5 stars Garmin Nuvi 765t After new 4.0 FW- Revisited*, July 19, 2010
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This is a truly awesome GPS. Definitely one of garmins best in the entire lineup. When this GPS was released; soon after there was a Firmware update 3.90 that really messed this unit up and it has been going on for a loooooong time. Up until recently,Garmin FInally posted a firmware update. This has fixed the sporadic screen, the random reboots, stuttering with the voices among other things. Out of their entire line up this is one of the most feature packed ones garmin offers (the 885 is about the same)- It has bluetooth, MP3 playback with an Aux jack, 3d maps among other things, powered mount among other things.

Garmin has released more units but they keep stripping features on all of their models. The only major difference is the google integration on the 1690/ bigger scree on the 1490 and faster hard ware on the new 3700 series which is extremely overpriced. The 765t was one of the last garmins to come out that has the capability to accept mp3s via an sd card and connect it using an AUX cable to your car. It also has 4g of internal memory. Garmin has gone cheap with alot of their models and has been using 2gb

I was honestly about to return this unit since the FW 3.90 was so bad it literally made this unit unusable (i was going to send back to Amex for refund), but thankfully this update was finally released. If you are on the fence to get one, NOW is the time to finally get it since thew price is at an all time low under~200 Just make sure you update the firmware immediately. Time will tell how reliable this unit will be with the FW, but upon my testing, it has been rock solid so far.

If you have been reading other reviews, please keep this in mind. alot of those units had FW3.90 and there was nothing you could do about it. FW4.0 has finally fixed out all those issues and this gps can now be as awesome as it was meant to originally be.

5.0 out of 5 stars Kick in the @#@$%, February 25, 2010
Ive tried many KCups. I bought a Green Mountain Bold Variety pack and it had a few of these gems in it. This is some good, strong coffee. Might be overpowering for some people.
I recommend this to anyone who has been searching for a kcup that taste like REAL coffee. some of these kcups are so weak. i say giver it a shot or at least try the bold variety pack. their espresso blend s also very strong and Kenya-AA (all part of variety pack) but i liked this one over all.

5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome batteries for an awesome price, May 29, 2006
Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I have had these batteries since like november when i bought my xbox 360. these batteries are awesome. They last forever and charge in 15 minutes. All i can recommend to people, is to let them die out completely at least 3 times to condition the batteries.

These are a steal. for under $30. The play and plugkit with the cable cost like 30 and it lasts less than these batteries and you will only have rechargables for 1. This pack comes with 4 AA 2500mah which lasts pretty long. Just mark the batteries so you dont mix them up. Its always good to use the batteries that are in the same level. I jut took a marker and marked 2 of them so i always only use them in one controller. Just like alkaline, its not good to mix batteries up
