Nutri-Grain Soft Baked Breakfast Bar (chocolate With Raspberry), 10.4 Ounce
Nutri-Grain Soft Baked Breakfast Bar (chocolate With Raspberry), 10.4 Ounce

5.0 out of 5 stars Tastes like a soft chocolate Clif bar, August 24, 2016
Vine Customer Review of Free Product (What's this?)
These bars do not taste like other Nutrigrain bars. They have a chocolate flavor that can be disappointing if one expects it to taste like a real brownie or chocolate cake. The flavor is somewhat similar to the chocolate flavored energy bars, like a Clif bar. The consistency is very soft, and there is some raspberry flavored center, but it is not obvious in either flavor or visibility. There isn't a visible reddish colored filling so much as a slightly different looking ultra thin brown layer in the center.

I did not really "enjoy" the flavor initially because I suppose I was expecting a brownie type flavor. After eating two bars, however, I really became hooked on these. These are a kind of softer, less oat/fiber tasting chocolate energy bars.

4.0 out of 5 stars Okay for holding drinks but great for holding salsa, dips, or for kids' foods, August 23, 2016
Vine Customer Review of Free Product (What's this?)
PROS
1. Center cup holder can hold short cups or cans adequately, which is its intended purpose
2. Plastic is BPA-free
3. Outer portion of plate can hold sandwich halves, hot dogs, chips, etc, which is its intended purpose
4. Works much better when used as a plate that allows salsa or dip to be placed in the center and chips to be placed on the outer ring
5. Works much better when used as kids' plates that can hold soup or mac 'n' cheese

CONS
1. Center cup holder cannot adequately hold a beer bottle
2. Center location of cup really does interfere with the ability to hold many common party foods such as pizza or burgers without the items hanging off the edge
3. Looks really goofy and most people I tried to get to use the plate kept saying that they wished the cup holder was more off to the side

CONCLUSION
It works and makes some practical sense for those at a party to be able to eat while standing up and freeing up one hand by placing the drink in the center of the plate. It looks pretty goofy and can actually make you feel a little weird using it the way it was intended. It works amazingly well though as children's plates. The center can hold soup or mac 'n' cheese while the edge holds some cut sandwiches. It is also great for serving chips and salsa or vegetables and dip. In fact, when I showed the plates to others, they immediately thought these were plates for chips and salsa. My advice is to use these for any situation in which one needs two separated compartments for food.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fun colors, made for outdoor use, August 23, 2016
Vine Customer Review of Free Product (What's this?)
PROS
1. Great, fun, American colors
2. Material used is for outdoor use, so this will hopefully last longer than balls that try to be good indoor balls which can also be used outdoors

CONS
1. This ball doesn't feel as good as balls like Spalding TF-250, TF-500, or ZiO balls which are good indoor and outdoor balls (but will probably last longer for outdoor use
2. Ball doesn't feel as good as the Spalding "Streetball" but will hopefully last longer outdoors

It's a great ball for outdoor use, but it is a lot more slippery than all the balls I mentioned above. It's saving grace is that balls which try to have a lot of tack usually degrade quickly when used outdoors. I would also advise that any basketball never be left out in the sun when not in use. Not many materials can withstand the sun's radiation over time.

5.0 out of 5 stars Ultra rugged case with a detachable cover that acts as an additional front shield or serves as a stand, August 17, 2016
Vine Customer Review of Free Product (What's this?)
PROS
1. Ultra rugged, thick polycarbonate hard shell but with a high quality silicone covering that feels more like rubber (instead of the more typical cheap, flimsy silicone feeling)
2. Front screen is also protected with the built in clear cover
3. Looks really nice and feels great with the rubberized silicone covering
4. No degradation of sensitivity of the iPad's capacitative screen through the front screen protector
5. In addition to the front and back pieces which I case the ipad, there is a detachable cover which can be placed on the front to increase protection of the iPad's screen during transportation or be snapped onto the back when the iPad is in use. This cover can also then be used as a stand to hold the iPad upright at an angle.

CONS
1. Really increases the sense of size of the normally slim iPad
2. iPad feel subjectively much heavier

CONCLUSION
This is a hefty, industrial strength case that looks great. If you frequently drop your iPad, then this may be the right case for you.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fun, bumpy look that feels great on the feet, August 16, 2016
Vine Customer Review of Free Product (What's this?)
This bathroom mat uses synthetic fabric but has a knitted pattern that produces large circular bumps. These bumps are surprisingly firm for such a soft feeling mat and feel great under the feet. The bumps also produce a fun, interesting look for the bathroom. It absorbs water well and is easy to wash. It feels nice than a 100% cotton mat after one showers and steps onto the mat. It functions very well and looks attractive.

Price: $34.99

5.0 out of 5 stars Kreg's Klamp Trak bench system is even better with their Automaxx clamps, August 4, 2016
Vine Customer Review of Free Product (What's this?)
INTRO
Many different companies offer their versions of a contemporary workbench clamping system. Incra, Rockler, Veritas, and many other companies have systems that consist primarily of extruded aluminum T-tracks that can be incorporated onto the edges and throughout MDF, plywood, laminate, or wooden bench tops. They offer varying versions of holding and clamping devices that fit universally into the T-tracks. They offer tremendous flexibility in the ability to hold and clamp small and large objects to a work table or benchtop.

The downside to the use of the above companies' T-track systems is that the clamp force must be very limited for clamps with long arms such that their clamps are usually small. The longer the clamp, the greater the mechanical advantage at the end of the clamp that sits on the T-track or just adjacent to it. The T-tracks are simply unable to withstand the high forces produced by long clamps.

Kreg has designed their own T-track system. Their Kreg KKS1020 Klamp Trak is specially designed to withstand much higher forces than their competitors' typical T-tracks. This allows the use of clamps with simultaneously much longer arms and much higher clamping forces without failure of the T-tracks.

Kreg's stronger Klamp Traks allow the use of their clamp technology. Kreg has built much of their reputation on their pocket hole joinery jigs and the extraordinary usefulness of their Automaxx clamp technology is usually considered in the context of facilitating pocket hole joinery. However, Automaxx is a significant clamping innovation, and not just a side innovation to allow for easier use of their pocket hole jigs. It allows significant increases in efficiency as it eliminates the usually required step of rotating a screw until the open jaw distance approximates the object to be clamped before squeezing the handles, as was necessary in their older original clamps and in vise clamps.

Kreg has combined their separate Klamp Trak and Automaxx innovations into their convenient, flexible, and strong Automaxx Bench System.

PROS
1. High maximum clamping force allowed - These clamps can produce a maximum force of 400 lbs.
2. Automaxx convenience - Just squeeze the handles and the jaws on the 3" can clamp objects up to 2.5 " in height automatically. Kreg also offers a 6" version. The final clamping pressure can be changed with a thumbscrew, but once set, it does not need to be adjusted in between uses.
3. Compatible with Klamp Trak - These clamps can be used in the reinforced Klamp Trak system as described earlier. One simply slides the clamp along their Klamp Trak and deploy the clamp at any point along the track.
4. Compatible with their small Clamp Plate (Kreg KBK-IP Kreg Bench Klamp Insert Plate) - As part of their complete Bench System, instead of placing the clamp into their Klamp Trak, one can instead locate specific areas to attach a 3" x 4" x 1/4" aluminum plate with a keyhole and slide the clamp into the keyhole. Some will want to exclusively use the Klamp Traks, and other may want to use the clamps in specific areas of their work surface or jig by attaching these small Clamp Plates at various locations. Multiple Kreg KBK-IP Kreg Bench Klamp Insert Plate can be placed throughout the work surface.
5. Compatible with Kreg KKS-KLBKSYS Heavy-Duty Bench Klamp System - Instead of the smaller aluminum Clamp Plate, a heavy duty 10" x 10" x 1/4" steel plate with keyhole cutout can be used with these clamps.

CONS (of the clamp)
None

CONS (of the Bench System ecosystem)
1. Kreg needs to offer more robust, adjustable versions of their stops to better hold workpieces in the horizontal plane - This is only a "problem" if one wants to stay within the Kreg ecosystem. Their only stops are more holders for alignment purposes. Other competitors' stops are more robust and could work within their system. This would be needed if one needed to hand plane boards, for example.
2. A 4 way intersection Klamp Trak piece would be nice - Rockler offers this for their T-tracks as a way to connect a track running on the X-axis with one intersecting it from the Y-axis.
3. Corner pieces - While this is mostly unnecessary as exposed ends of their Klamp Tracks allow entrance to the clamps, Veritas offers plastic right angle pieces to be placed in the corners where their tracks on the edges of a work surface meet.

TIPS
Lee Valley offers "Clamp Plate and Posts" designed to attach to Kreg's Bench clamps. This adds a steel plate with a steel post (2.5", 5", 10") so that the Kreg clamps can fit into a standard workbench dog hole. I believe they may even offer a different size steel post to be used with Festool's "MFT" multi-function tables. This is probably the best option for woodworker's who still need a traditional heavy, wood workbench with dogholes but would like the convenience offered by Kreg's Automaxx clamps instead of using traditional holdfasts (steel clamps, preferrably forged, shaped like a gooseneck that one taps with a mallet causing a change in angle through the doghole that maintains clamping pressure on the workpiece).

CONCLUSION
As you can tell from reading this review, one needs to think carefully about their intended workflow and specific needs. If one needs a flexibile work surface for assembly, face frame construction, pocket hole joinery, etc, then a contemporary work surface as offered by Veritas, Festool, Incra, Rocker, and Kreg may be peferrable to the traditional woodworker's bench that utilized dog holes in the surface, hold fasts, and attached vises.

For heavy duty clamping and more traditional woodworking, the Kreg system may be the best option for those who want a nontraditional, comtemporary work surface because of their stronger Clamp Tracks, Clamp Plates, and long reach/high force Automaxx Bench clamps.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fit is very similar to Docker's D4 and waist can stretch 1", August 2, 2016
Vine Customer Review of Free Product (What's this?)
PROS
1. Comfort waist can stretch about 1" and does not use any noticeable elastic mechanisms - The waist appears like a normal waist except the material is inherently semi-elastic.
2. Iron-free design in a 100% cotton fabric is good enough - The pants looked great with a slight sheen when new, but after washing and tumble drying, the material loses its sheen and has a kind of soft looking surface. They won't look as sharp as freshly pressed pants with a crease, but they are good enough. I uploaded pictures of how the pants looked after their first wash and tumble dry.
3. Fit is good for those who like the Dockers's fit - I found the waist very well proportioned to the inseam length and crotch height. The pants do not bulge up at the crotch when sitting.
4. Good quality stitching - The stitching appeared to be of better quality than the newer post ~2012 Dockers's comfort waist pants. The pre-2012 Dockers seemed to have great quality stitching but in my opinion, the quality of the newer Dockers's pants have decreased. These pants have solid stitching.

CONS
I found the cotton fabric to be thicker than I normally like. It appears to be weighted more for cold weather than for summer wear.

CONCLUSION
Dockers better watch out, because Van Heusen now makes a high quality, similar fitting, 100% cotton, iron-free pant with better quality stitching.
