I have a blog where I post healthier recipes, and I do a lot of low-fat baking. I usually stick to silicone bakeware as it's the easiest to release baked goods, but I purchased this dish because I have Circulon sheet pans and their nonstick capability is incredible. Not surprising, this dish's nonstick capability is also incredible. None of my Circulon pans have warped, chipped, or scratched, and they remain nonstick for a long time. I can't recommend them enough.
