This method of brewing coffee is how most Italians make coffee at home, so I’m used to this. It is not the most efficient way to make daily coffee, since there are espresso machines using capsules, but I find the taste to be better using the pot.
Ps: if you start with very hot water in the base of the pot, it will take less time for the water to boil and the coffee to brew, so it will taste a lot cleaner and smooth.
