Absolutely loving this book. My husband and I decided to do a smoothie a day a few weeks ago. I had three recipes in a magazine I was using, plus coming up with combos on my own (not good)! I almost discouraged him from doing smoothies. I decided to look for help and came across this book. Its a great down to earth, totally easy to read and understand and some great humor along with it. My husband has read a lot in it also. It goes from beginner to who knows how far in the knowledge of making smoothies and what goes well together! With a 10 day starter program , its fun to learn along the way. It has a grocery list of items and amounts you need for the first 5 days and the last 5 days. As long as you stick to the 10 day starter recipes, there will be absolutely NO WASTE of foods gone spoiled. I would recommend this smoothie book to everyone. I have mentioned "going a smoothie a day" to many friends and they are very interested in learning more about the "green" part of it. As we all know, veggies are skipped way to often and sometimes we definitely dont get enough fruits in our diets..Come on, try it!!! Youll love it!
