When I rebuilt my machine 5 years ago, one of the places I cut corners was on the power supply. Big mistake - the cheap one I bought failed without warning after only a few years. I'm lucky it didn't fry any of my other components! This time around, I wanted to make sure that I bought a quality product that would last, as I rely on my PC for both work and for my free time.
The build quality on this PSU is very good, and the modularity made it a breeze to install in my case that had a limited amount of space for extra cabling. So far it's been very quiet, which is an added bonus, and it seems to be performing well under both light and heavy load. I look forward to not having to worry about my power supply for many years to come - especially considering the excellent warranty that this comes with.
