The device comes with some Red Emergency Lights but the instructions do not tell you how to cut them on. After playing with it for a while, I figured out quickly pressing the "Power" (function) button twice will turn them on and twice quickly will turn them off. I haven't had to jump a car yet, but it comes with wall charger, lighter charger, and a variety of charging tip adapters to charge most devices (FYI, no iPhone tip so keep one handy) plus the car battery clamps adapter. The battery terminal plugs are differently shaped so it keeps you polarity correct. It also has indicator lights (green or red) letting you know it you have enough "juice" to jump a car. I do suggest reading the instructions about multiple attempts to start a car, you need to wait between attempts. Everything packs into a nice semi-hard shell zippered case. All the accessories are held in by a mesh netting and the charger has a foam padded compartment to protect it from damage. Out of the box, it had a 73% charge.
