I searched for white chocolate which is what I supposedly found. It's true, the chocolate has cocoa butter in it; the white does not. The ingredients on this are sugar, palm kernel oil, whole milk powder, nonfat dry milk, palm oil, soy lecithin and vanilla extract. It is obviously not real chocolate, as I was led to believe by some of the reviews referring to it as chocolate. To be clear, Ghirardelli did not call it white chocolate. Now to figure out how to dispose of 6 packages of this white. The chocolate, however, is very good, and will serve the purpose of candy making.
