I gave it a 4 as I've not used it yet. I'll update after I use it. I feel it's a good product along with a good price.
I was totally surprised that it is so long! But to me, that's a plus. It stands on a surface and will make it easier to use versus having to freely hold it while using it. It's built sturdy. It comes with a brush to clean it or get all of the zest or whatever you're using for.
