I did struggle a bit with my first try at using this. Hoping next time is better. I was trying to cook a whole chicken and was not sure what setting to use...the chicken setting or pressure cook. The chicken setting was not enough time. When I released the pressure the little pressure thing came off and I had troubles getting it to go back on. I finally got it back on and then cooked it on pressure cook and additional 20 plus minutes and my rotisserie chicken came out awesome. Still a bit concerned about the little pressure thing coming out and if I am going to struggle with this next time.
