I ordered two of these cartridges three months ago. When it was time to install them, the first cartridge failed by printing a smeared band of ink on each page. I contacted the vendor and they recommended to install the second cartridge which produced the same smear on each page. I concluded that it was probably a bad batch. The manufacturer immediately shipped me two new units. I installed the first cartridge and it was perfect. Under normal conditions, I would not have given them a 5 star-rating. But the speed and efficiency of their action to correct the problem was exemplary. And for this, I highly command them. Should the cartridge fail or does not operate satisfactorily in the future, I will reserve the right to downgrade my rating accordingly.
