Absolutely delicious! I had tried a dish with this ingredient recently at a gathering of Indian people. The dish was amazing so I ordered these and made the dish myself. Wow! Loved it. I found this product to be fresh and beautifully aromatic. I also liked that it is organic. BTW, split mung beans are not the same as split peas or lentils not the same as whole mung beans. These taste much more delicate.
