The media could not be loaded.
The book is preachy. They go on and on about colonization this and colonizing that in history, so I find myself skipping a head to get to the meat, or rather fermentation of the book.

This book is hard to read through all the preachiness. I would give this a one star, but it did have a couple recipes in it.
