I did extensive research on the least toxic pans out there. I would rank this second in least toxic with first being Xtrema. BUT Xtrema is ridiculously expensive, breaks easily, bulkier, not as non stick, and since Xtrema is all ceramic, you will need to get silicone handles or use a mit to move the pots and pans.
GreenPan is, in my opinion, the best for every day use, ease, convenience, easy to clean, light weight, etc. The box also came with pads so you can store them safely. They are beautiful too.
I like how the ceramic covers all the aluminum and doesn’t leave the rim exposed. I wouldn’t want the fumes coming out. GreenLife leaves the rim exposed and I didn’t like that. GreenPan is also way better made than GreenLife (sorry, GreenLife). Besides my 7” Xtrema skillet, these GreenPan pots and pans are my favorite.
