I love this little skillet. It works on my Duxtop induction unit. It is so small and light it feels like a toy, but it is just the size for 1 egg. It also works with street size tortillas and english muffins. The finish is very non-stick. I'm using only very small silicone spatulas for stiring and turning. The size is a great aid for holding down my portion sizes. After hand washing and air drying I plunk it on my magnetic knife bar.
