I was under the impression that the 32 ounce jars were still being packaged in glass. This is not the case. They are now packaged in plastic as well. It is a shame that such a high-quality product from a good company is now cutting cost by providing a great product in inferior packaging. I can only imagine the amount of chemicals leached from the plastic into the ghee when it is hot and put into the jar. Unfortunately I will never order this product again.
