I bought this pan several months ago on a whim. I did not expect to, but I absolutely love it! I don't usually use it for making Abelskievers, but Appe (an Indian version of rice cakes) and I must say they turn out beautifully every single time.
The pan requires little to no oil, heats uniformly, and is very easy to clean. I am even considering buying another one so I can make 14 pancakes at a time. :)
