I love this thing! I got it for a mother’s day gift, and was so excited to try it out! It turns out it’s very easy to use and clean, the worst part was that the hinges on the back of the bazooka sometimes come unhinged when closing it, so just double check that and you should be fine. I found a lot of reviews that sounded as though people hadn’t been able to get a good sushi roll from it, but if you follow the directions, and use good sushi rice, it’s awesome! The knife is nice and sharp, and cut through my sushi rolls easily (I had let them sit for ten minutes or so to dampen the nori and make it easier to slice). All in all, it’s a great gadget, and I am looking forward to using it again. The photo is prior to slicing them.
